Incorporating scrap steel, diamond plate and a plasma torched face, this sculpture is on a 360 degree manual turntable. Soon after completing this sculpture, Allen received a photo of his granddaughter painted silver as the Tin Man in a Wizard of Oz school performance, and decided to name this piece accordingly.
