Another of Allen’s reoccurring themes: Perspective. The full moon is the lunar phase when the Moon appears fully illuminated from Earth’s perspective. The time interval between a full (or new) moon and the next repetition of the same phase is dependable and reminds us of the cycles of life, creation and fertility, and the potential to change.
