Allen was able to attend many annual feast dances and ceremonies while living in the Southwest. Reminiscent of the experience of a drumming circle, a circle of ceremony, or simply sitting around a fire, he created this sculpture on the principles of ancestral wisdom, and honoring of our journey collectively and individually to open heart and mind and create balance.
